Item delivery: After you have paid for any auction items that you won, you may contact the event organizer to make an appointment to pick up your items. If you are in attendance at the fundraiser, you may be able to collect your item 30 minutes after the auction closes at 9:00 PM. Photo ID will be required to pick up your item(s). Through an email to the event organizer, you may specify an alternate person by name to pick up your item and the alternate will need to show ID. If payment is not made within 72 hours of auction close, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder. Arrangements can be made to ship artwork within the continental US. An estimate, including professional packing and insurance, will be provided based on shipping destination and must be paid for prior to shipment.
